After his master's degree in Tax Law at the University of Groningen, Frank Nagel started his career as a tax advisor (EY, Ernst & Young). Next, he became shareholder and director of a company in trust management. Since 2004 Frank has been active as a venture capitalist in Internet and mobile applications, Technical outsourcing, Marketing concepts, Fintech, Health, Wholesale, Gaming and Foods and Green fertilizers/ bio stimulants. Frank is interested in physical principles and their effects on environmental issues such as food security, energy and global warming (climate change). Therefore he decided to focus on these issues, especially on innovations in agriculture and food production, because the chances in agriculture and food production are paramount for the future and should be addressed. Frank has been involved in the ReXil group since 2004.

Robert Bruijnen has over 30 years of experience in financial and investment management. Having started his career in auditing, Robert has subsequently been managing director of the investment management function of EQT in Amsterdam, CFO of the ING Real Estate Central Europe Fund. In 2011, Robert was appointed as director in Waterland Global Asia and has participated in various projects in the field of sustainable aquaculture and bio-fuels. Currently Robert is director of the MM Grupp, a group primarily engaged in the distribution of healthcare products in the Baltic States. Robert is based in The Netherlands.
